Eye Patient Prepay Treatment Plans: OPTION 1: Pay As You Go $120/session OPTION 2: 10 Sessions $1000 - Save up to $300. Expired in 5 weeks from the purchase date. OPTION 3: 20 Sessions $1950 - Save $550, plus 1 bottle of Total Vision MA48 Formula. Expired in 11 weeks from the purchase date. Note: New Patients will also be charged an additional consultation fee of $35+. No refunds will be made if your package is expired.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice result in a cancellation fee of $40. No Shows pay full cost of missed appointment. Payment due at time of service.
